2. Payment Terms

4. Client Responsibilities

4.1 Property Access
Clients must provide access to the property as per the agreed schedule. Failure to do so may result in rescheduling and additional fees.
5. Liability
While we take great care in providing our services, Lawn Mowing Shortlands is not liable for any damage to property unless caused by our negligence.
- We are insured for liability coverage.
- Clients must report any damages within 24 hours of service completion.

6. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the service agreement with a written notice of 30 days. All outstanding payments must be settled upon termination.
